DENVER — A Colorado federal judge has dismissed claims of failure to warn and breach of warranty brought against the owner of dialysis centers that used GranuFlo and NaturaLyte, ruling that because it did not manufacture the compounds it cannot be held liable under these theories.
However, in the April 9 order, Judge R.
