Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant MDL Judge Selects 6 Cases for 2015 Bellwether Trials

CHICAGO –– The judge overseeing the Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant Products Multidistrict Liability Litigation has chosen six cases for the initial tranche of bellwether trials, slated to begin in 2015, according to a recent order.

In the order, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Judge Rebecca R. Pallmeyer notes that a status hearing was held on March 24, during which a discussion of the proposed bellwether trials was heard.
