Howmedica Opposes Motion to Compel Production of Documents in Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant MDL

MINNEAPOLIS –– A defendant in the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant MDL has opposed plaintiff efforts to compel the production of documents, arguing that the plaintiffs failed to explain why the sought information is critical to case evaluation.

Howmedica Osteonics Corp. filed its opposition brief on April 4 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, arguing that the court should “instead enter an order that fairly coordinates discovery across all jurisdictions.”
