J&J, Janssen, Settle 76 Pennsylvania Topamax State Court Cases

PHILADELPHIA — Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiary Janssen Pharmaceuticals have agreed to settle 76 Topamax injury cases pending in Pennsylvania state court, according to a recent court order.
In an April 1 order, Philadelphia Common Pleas Court Judge Arnold New ordered that the cases be marked “discontinued” on the docket and removed from the list of pending cases. According to the court’s case inventory, 59 Topamax cases remain pending.
