Plaintiffs in Durom Hip Cup MDL Ask Judge to Impose Sanctions on Zimmer for Spoliation of Evidence

TRENTON, N.J. — Plaintiffs in the Durom Hip Cup MDL have asked a New Jersey federal judge to impose sanctions on Zimmer Inc. (NYSE: ZMH) for its alleged refusal to allow plaintiffs to conduct destructive testing on new and unused exemplars of the American version of the Durom Acetabular Component.
