Zimmer Seeks to Block Plaintiffs’ Deposition of Dvorak in Durom Hip Cup MDL

TRENTON, N.J. — Zimmer Inc. (NYSE: ZMH) has asked a New Jersey federal judge to bar plaintiffs in the Durom Hip Cup MDL from deposing Zimmer president and chief executive officer David Dvorak, arguing that he has “no unique, personal knowledge about topics plaintiffs have identified for his deposition.”
