MINNEAPOLIS — The plaintiffs in the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant MDL are urging a Minnesota federal judge to compel production of documents and answers to interrogatories, noting that Stryker has “received multiple time extensions” to answer discovery.
In the March 21 motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the plaintiffs’ leadership counsel committee and plaintiffs’ steering committee argue that “defendants have steadfastly refused the requests at issue in this motion, therefore it has become necessary for the Court to intervene.”
