SAN ANTONIO-The family members of a woman who died of breast cancer allege that the manufacturer of Prempro is liable for her death because the company failed to warn that the drug could potentially cause breast cancer and fraudulently concealed such information. Sherry House Zanter v. Wyeth, Inc., et al., No. N/A (Texas Dist. Co., Bexar Cty.).
