Parties Submit Proposed Scheduling Orders in Stryker Hip Implant Litigation

MINNEAPOLIS — Unable to reach agreement on a joint proposed scheduling order, parties in the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant MDL have submitted their own proposals for how the federal cases will proceed to resolution.

In documents filed March 10 in U.S. District Court for the District Minnesota plaintiff and defense liaison counsel submitted deadlines for discovery, motion practice, and bellwether trials that could begin in April 2015 or July 2016, depending on which proposal is ultimately adopted by presiding MDL Judge Donovan W. Frank.
