SAN FRANCISCO — A California federal judge has stayed a NuvaRing case pending possible transfer to the federal multidistrict litigation, citing conservation of judicial resources.
On Feb. 21, Judge Samuel Conti of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California also declined to decide the plaintiff’s request for remand, explaining that the MDL court is capable of hearing the motion.
