PHOENIX — An Arizona woman has sued Genzyme Inc. in federal court, alleging various injuries caused by its Supramesh surgical mesh and accusing the manufacturer of withholding information about the product’s propensity to fail and cause injury and complications.
In a Feb. 24 complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the plaintiff says Supramesh fails to perform as intended or expected and causes severe and irreversible injuries.
