MINNEAPOLIS — The federal judge overseeing the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABGII Hip Implant MDL has reached out to jurists handling similar claims in three state courts, requesting input on how coordination among their respective state and federal jurisdictions might foster efficient resolution of the cases.
Judge Donovan W.
