NexGen MDL Court Asks Zimmer for Update on Remaining Motions to Remand Non-Flex Cases

CHICAGO — Recent entries in the NexGen Knee Implant MDL docket include a request that Zimmer advise the court whether additional briefing is necessary on a pending motion to remand cases which defendants have said involve components outside the scope of the proceedings.

That request was included in an order filed Jan. 24 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois by Judge Rebecca R. Pallmeyer, who oversees the coordinated NexGen litigation.
