NEW ORLEANS — A Louisiana couple have sued the makers of AZOR, a high blood pressure drug, accusing them of failing to adequately warn that it can cause enteropathy, chronic diarrhea and malnutrition.
The Jan. 13 complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, says the drug’s label at the relevant time was “vague, incomplete or otherwise inadequate.”
