ST. LOUIS — A Missouri federal judge has remanded a GranuFlo case against Fresenius USA, finding the fraudulent misjoinder doctrine does not apply because there may be a palpable connection between the plaintiffs' claims, as they all relate to similar drugs and injuries and the manufacturer’s knowledge of the risks.
