Durom Cup MDL Plaintiffs Schedule Deposition of Zimmer's Quality Control Exec

NEWARK, N.J. – Plaintiffs' counsel in the Zimmer Durom Hip Cup MDL have notified the court and their state court colleagues that they will depose Dale Miller, Zimmer's principal quality engineer and former associate director for Post-Market Surveillance and Regulatory Compliance.

Plaintiffs filed an Amended Notice of Videotaped Deposition of Miller Jan. 7 in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, where the Durom Cup proceedings are pending before District Judge Susan Wigenton.
