BOSTON — A Massachusetts federal judge has denied Wyeth Inc. summary judgment in a Phen-Fen injury suit, finding issues of fact as to whether the plaintiff’s doctor would have prescribed the diet drugs had he been provided with a different or additional warning concerning the risk of primary pulmonary hypertension.
