KANSAS CITY — A Missouri federal magistrate judge has denied Covidien Inc.’s motion to strike plaintiffs’ supplemental expert disclosures in a Permacol surgical mesh case, finding they were filed within the time period for expert discovery.
On Dec. 10, Magistrate Judge Mona K. Majzoub of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan also granted plaintiffs’ motion to modify the scheduling order to extend remaining case deadlines and to allow plaintiffs to supplement expert disclosures.
