DePuy Pinnacle MDL Court Schedules Argument on Remand Motions Dec. 5 and 6

DALLAS — A special master will hear arguments Dec. 5 and 6 on motions for remand by plaintiffs in the DePuy Pinnacle Hip multidistrict proceedings, according to a recent scheduling notice.

Special Master James M. Stanton indicated in a Nov. 15 Notice of Hearing that Dec. 5 will be reserved for motions in cases removed from California state courts, while cases removed from Maryland and New Jersey and other states, will be heard Dec. 6.

The notice lists approximately 270 cases where motions for remand are pending.
