WASHINGTON, D.C. — The plaintiffs in 21 actions involving pelvic mesh products made by Neomedic Inc. are urging the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to transfer the cases to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia for coordinated and/or consolidated pretrial proceedings.
