Stryker Rejuvenate MDL Court Appoints Lead Counsel, Committees for Plaintiffs

MINNEAPOLIS — The federal judge overseeing the coordinated Stryker Rejuvenate/ABG II Hip proceedings has named Chicago attorney Peter J. Flowers of Meyers & Flowers to chair a newly formed Lead Counsel Committee to represent plaintiffs in the litigation.

Judge Donovan W. Frank of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, who was assigned the Stryker Rejuvenate MDL cases in June, also designated Ralph Campillo and Karen Woodward of Sedgwick LLP in Los Angeles as lead counsel for defendants Stryker Orthopedics and Howmedica Osteonics Corp. Timothy Griffin of Leonard Street and Deinard in Minneapolis is defendants’ liaison counsel.
