ATLANTA — A suit brought against Mentor Worldwide LLC (NYSE: J&J) in connection with its ObTape Transobturatory Tape is time-barred under the Illinois statute of limitations because the plaintiff should have been aware of her injuries and their cause by March 2006, a federal appeals court has affirmed.
