Discovery Deadlines Extended to June in New Jersey DePuy ASR Hip Cases

HACKENSACK, N.J. — New Jersey Superior Court Judge Brian R. Martinotti has extended discovery in New Jersey DePuy ASR hip cases until June.

Judge Martinotti, who presides over the state’s coordinated DePuy ASR docket in Bergen County Superior Court, said Oct. 17 that he was acting on the court’s own motion in setting the new deadline in Case Management Order No. 25.
