BOSTON — A Massachusetts appeals court has reversed dismissal of a pelvic device injury case brought against American Medical Systems Inc. and Boston Scientific Corp. (NYSE: BSX), finding the complaint sufficiently alleges injuries as a result of the defective products.
On Oct. 9, the Massachusetts Appeals Court further held that the plaintiff adequately alleged defendants negligently manufactured, marketed and sold the products and/or engaged in unfair or deceptive practices.
