NEW YORK — Stryker Corp. has asked a federal court for leave to move for summary judgment motion on the sole remaining claim in a polyethylene knee device case following the court’s decision to bar plaintiff’s design expert and deny a motion to amend the complaint.
Stryker’s request for leave to file came in a Sept. 27 letter to the Magistrate Judge Ramon E.
