WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has centralized all Loestrin oral contraception antitrust litigation and assigned it to Judge William E. Smith of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
In an Oct. 2 order, the JPML determined that centralization in Rhode Island best serves the convenience of the parties and witnesses and will “promote the just and efficient conduct of this litigation.”
