MINNEAPOLIS — The presiding judge in the Stryker Rejuvenate multidistrict proceedings has granted a joint motion to remand a case in which a plaintiff dropped allegations of defects in a Rejuvenate hip device in her amended complaint and, instead, claimed injury from different components.

U.S. District Judge Donovan W. Frank signed the order Sept. 11, transferring the lawsuit brought by Joan Lewis from the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, where the MDL is pending, to the District of Rhode Island.
