Federal Judge Decides Trovan Class Action Would Be Better Litigated in Nigeria

NEW YORK-A putative class action filed by the parents and guardians of children who were allegedly injured as the result Pfizer's experimental administration of Trovan is better suited for litigation in Nigeria, a federal judge ruled. Abdullahi, et al., v. Pfizer Inc., No. 01-CV-8118 (S.D. N.Y.).
