OKLAHOMA CITY — A federal judge has granted plaintiffs an additional 30 days to produce expert reports in a 2002 lawsuit alleging injury from Sulzer Orthopedics’ alleged failure to remove oily residue from an implant device.
U.S. District Judge Claire V. Eagan said Aug. 6 in granting the extension sought by Brian C. Howard and his wife, Suzanne, that the extension is appropriate so that the plaintiffs can finalize their expert report(s).
Those reports are now due to be filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma by Sept. 5, according to the order.
