DePuy ASR MDL Court Blocks Australian Plaintiff’s Subpoena of Case Documents

TOLEDO, Ohio — Acting on a motion from co-lead counsel for plaintiffs in the coordinated DePuy ASR Hip litigation, U.S. District Judge David A. Katz has ordered that any requests for document production from parties to an Australian hip case be rejected pending application to the MDL court.
