Wright Medical Counsel Subpoenas Documents from Non-Party Attorney, Physician

ATLANTA — Counsel for Wright Medical Technology Inc. has issued subpoenas to a non-party physician and attorney, asking for copies of documents and other communications they may have had with plaintiffs’ counsel in the Wright Medical MDL or the parallel state court proceedings in California.

Wright Medical filed notices of the subpoenas July 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, where the Wright Medical Conserve Hip Implant MDL is pending before Judge William S. Duffey.
