BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Kentucky federal judge has granted Novartis Pharmaceutical Corp.’s (NYSE: NVS) motion for a more definite statement in a Reclast injury case, ordering the plaintiff to amend her complaint a second time to comply with pleading requirements.
On July 19, Chief Judge Joseph H. McKinley Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky found the amended complaint fails to comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 10(b), which governs the form of pleadings.
