N.J. Law Precludes Punitive Damages Claim in Aredia/Zometa Case, Fla. Federal Judge Rules
TAMPA, Fla. - New Jersey, rather than Pennsylvania, law governs a plaintiff’s punitive damages claim in an Aredia/Zometa injury case and the claim is therefore barred because New Jersey shields drug makers from punitive damages, a Florida federal judge has ruled.
