N.J. Rejuvenate/ABG II Hip Parties Agree to Toll Potential Defenses for Non-Party Stryker Affiliates

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. — Counsel for plaintiffs in New Jersey’s coordinated Rejuvenate/ABG II hip implant proceedings have agreed with two non-party Stryker (NYSE: SYK) affiliates to toll defenses that could be asserted by those potential defendants.

The July 17 stipulation filed by counsel notes that neither Stryker Corp., nor Stryker Ireland Ltd. — the two affiliates identified in the stipulation — have been named in the Multicounty Litigation, but that plaintiffs have expressed an intent to preserve future claims against Stryker affiliates and other possible defendants.
