PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania federal judge has transferred a Fen-Phen injury action to Colorado federal court, noting the alleged injury and medical treatment occurred in that state and the plaintiff is a Colorado resident.
In a June 26 order, Judge Harvey Bartle III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania added that the medical records are in Colorado and the state “has a strong interest in resolving the product liability claims of its own citizens.”
