JPML Consolidates, Transfers Federal Cook Medical Pelvic Repair Product Cases

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has granted plaintiffs’ motion to consolidate and transfer all federal pelvic repair product injury cases brought against Cook Medical Inc. to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

In a June 11 transfer order, the JPML assigned Judge Joseph R. Goodwin to oversee the coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings.
