NexGen MDL Court Orders Additional Keyword Searches by Defendant Zimmer

CHICAGO — U.S. District Judge Rebecca Pallmeyer has signed an order pursuant to a stipulation by the parties, directing Zimmer Inc. (NYSE: ZMH) to conduct additional keyword searches on 18 of the defendant’s custodial files.

Case Management Order No. 6 was docketed June 4 in the Zimmer NexGen Knee Implants litigation pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Judge Pallmeyer noted that the parties agreed in December to additional, unspecified search terms and they have been applied to searches since that time.
