NEW ORLEANS — A Louisiana federal judge has denied a Triathlon knee plaintiff’s motion to remand to state court a lawsuit against Stryker Corp. and an in-state surgeon, ruling orally after a hearing on the motion.
Judge Jane T. Milazzo of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana memorialized her ruling in a minute entry April 24.
