2nd Bellwether Trial in DePuy ASR Hip MDL Rescheduled for September

TOLEDO, Ohio — The second bellwether trial in the DePuy ASR Hip multidistrict proceedings has been moved from July to September, according to an updated scheduling order.

Judge David A. Katz filed the new Trial Order April 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, where the MDL cases are pending, and where the first bellwether trial is scheduled to begin June 3 (Dorney-Madgitz v. DePuy Orthopaedics Inc., et al., No. 1:11-dp-20112).
