COLUMBUS, Ohio — Pending the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Bartlett v. Mutual Pharmaceutical Co., a federal judge has stayed Sandoz Inc.’s challenge of his ruling that design defect and off-label promotion claims brought in connection with its generic antiarrhythmic drug are not federally preempted.
