NexGen MDL Plaintiffs Seek Documents from Zimmer’s Former Northeast Distributor

CHICAGO — Plaintiffs in the Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant MDL have moved to compel the full custodial file of Zimmer’s current President of Americas Sales, including files compiled during his time as owner and president of Zimmer’s northeast distributor.

Zimmer and counsel for plaintiffs in the multidistrict proceeding filed opposing motions and briefs on the discovery dispute April 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, where the NexGen MDL is pending before District Judge Rebecca Pallmeyer.
