Parisian Barred from Testifying on ‘Regulatory Causation’ in Aredia/Zometa ONJ Case

ORLANDO, Fla. — A Florida federal judge has barred expert Dr. Suzanne Parisian from testifying on the issue of “regulatory causation” in a Zometa injury case, noting the parties have agreed plaintiffs will not proffer expert testimony as to medical causation.
