PHILADELPHIA - Postal workers in Philadelphia and New Jersey, who ingested Bayer's Cipro as a means of protecting themselves from anthrax exposure during the bioterrorism attacks that occurred in the fall of 2001, have filed individual class action suits against the manufacturer seeking medical monitoring and compensation for personal injuries.
