HarrisMartin: GranuFlo, NaturaLyte Lawsuits Consolidated in Massachusetts Federal Court

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A federal judicial panel ruled today that pre-trial matters in all pending and future lawsuits alleging injury caused by GranuFlo and NaturaLyte dialysis products will be handled by a single judge in Massachusetts.

In an order just released, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation determined that the cases, which link the products to an array of health problems including heart attacks, ruled that the cases share sufficient factual similarities and would benefit from coordination.
