ST. LOUIS – A Missouri federal judge transferred a Reglan/metoclopramide injury case to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, finding the case is more connected to that forum given the location of the parties and witnesses.
On March 20, Senior Judge E. Richard Webber of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri noted neither the plaintiffs nor the defendant drug makers are residents of Missouri, while the lead plaintiffs and most key fact witnesses, such as treating physicians, reside in Florida
