Yasmin/Yaz Federal MDL Judge Dismisses 8 Cases with Prejudice

BENTON, Ill. — Pursuant to the parties’ stipulations of dismissal, the judge overseeing the federal Yasmin/Yaz multidistrict litigation has dismissed eight cases with prejudice.
