N.J. Judge Adds 5 Attorneys to Stryker Rejuvenate Steering Committee

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. — Bergen County (N.J.) Superior Court Judge Brian R. Martinotti has issued a second case management order in the state’s coordinated Stryker (NYSE: SYK) Rejuvenate/ABG II hip implant proceedings, adding five attorneys to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee.
In making the appointments March 11, the judge denied liaison counsel’s request to expand the committee to 10 members and said he would limit the committee to six members on the court’s own motion.
