Plaintiffs in 4 Cases Recommend Illinois as Site for Stryker Rejuvenate/ABG II MDL

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Plaintiffs in four Stryker (NYSE: SYK) Rejuvenate and ABG II hip implant cases are urging the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to coordinate related cases in the Northern District of Illinois, rather than Minnesota or another district.

Christine Wilkinson, whose case is pending in Illinois, was joined by plaintiffs from Massachusetts, Minnesota and Florida in submitting the motion to the JMPL Feb. 22 and in distributing copies since to parties in other pending cases involving Rejuvenate or ABG II hip devices.
