Coordinating Court in California DePuy Pinnacle Hip Litigation Names Liaison Counsel

SAN FRANCISCO — The judge presiding over California’s coordinated DePuy Pinnacle hip implant cases has selected California attorneys to serve as plaintiff and defense liaison counsel.

San Francisco Superior Court Judge Richard A. Kramer named Lawrence J. Gornick and Kenneth M. Seeger as plaintiffs’ liaison counsel March 7, directing them in Case Management Order #2 to act on behalf of all plaintiffs in interactions with the court and defense counsel.

Gornick, of Kaiser Gornick, and Seeger, of Seeger Salvas, are both San Francisco attorneys.
