Zimmer Substitutes 1 Case to Finalize Bellwether Trial List in NexGen Knee MDL

CHICAGO — Zimmer Inc. (NYSE: ZMH) defendants in the NexGen knee implant MDL have selected a case brought by an Ohio plaintiff to replace another case and complete its list of bellwether cases for trial.

Zimmer submitted its Revised List of Case Pool Selections Feb. 15, the deadline imposed by Judge Rebecca R. Pallmeyer, who oversees the coordinated proceedings in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
